I started this site as a way to channel creativity. I am a drafter by trade which I feel is a form of art in itself. You use creativity to bring a vision, dream, or idea to life. I have always enjoyed the beauty in photos and this site has allowed me to start sharing that with others. Photography allows you to capture, beauty, life, moments, and memories and bring some of the tangibles I felt when drafting.

I also have learned to enjoy the little things in life. Something like watching the waves crash on the shoreline or stargazing on clear warm night can bring a special kind of comfort in our crazy high speed world. I try keep comforts around from family photos printed on a wall to vacation photos as desktop backgrounds. Small amounts of joy are big wins in my mind.

Where do I want this to go?

I hope to be able to feature others on this site as a way for them to explore and express their creative sides as well. I want others to be able to share, grow, and connect and art is a wonderful way for that to happen.
